WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Stance delivers Australia wide to residential, businesses and PO box addresses. To guarantee safe arrival of your order, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours. If no one is present to accept your delivery but a safe place to leave it is available, it will be left for you and the tracking will show “Delivered with Safe Drop”. If no safe place is available a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post.
At Stance Australia we currently do NOT accept international orders.
DO YOU CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE?
Stance Australia charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10. However, if your order is over $50 we offer FREE SHIPPING, no matter your location in Australia or how many pairs you decide to purchase.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Stance Australia offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 11AM, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There may be instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.
All dispatch times exclude weekends, Stance Australia operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Stance Australia orders are delivered via StarTrack and they target next day delivery to capital cities. Delivery times to Metro areas may take 1 -3 business days and Regional areas 4 – 7 business days for orders placed before 11am AEST.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service.
Delivery services do not run on National or State Public Holidays. Please allow additional delivery time.
